I am an advance user of MQSI. meet the following problem when
send subscribe message to SYSTEM.BROKER.CONTROL.QUEUE queue. Normal trace find no issue. and find the following message
on the log area.

BIP1536S: The Configuration Manager was unable to register for internal subscriptions with broker EBBKD1.

Although the preceding deploy operation was successful, a subsequent attempt by the Configuration Manager to register for internal subscriptions with broker EBBKD1 was not successful. This means that Message Brokers Toolkit and Config Manager Proxy applications may not show the correct status of the resources assigned to broker EBBKD1.

Look in the system log for messages that indicate the cause of this problem. Correct the cause and redeploy to this broker. If this problem persists, contact your IBM support center.

I can use configuration Proxy API exercise.

It seems problem related to subscription to

YSTEM.BROKER.CONTROL.QUEUE

I press the 'Resubscribe to status topics' and with luck. same error

How can I solve this internal subscription issue.
