Blue 2.0 is an IBM Business Partner that is currently seeking Senior Level Architects with hands on experience with MQ 7.
Locations - US
Must be US Citizen or Authorized to Work in US.
A number of our projects include the requirements to:
- Assist our clients with completion and validation of Enterprise MQ designs
- Act as the SME with regards to Architectural best practices
- Lead development efforts
Job responsibilities:
- MQ Series Administration (on v7.0) and Troubleshooting.
- Monitoring and Problem resolution for the middleware integration environment.
- Installation, Configuration and deployment of Websphere MQ and MQ Software Products.
- Install and configure MQ Series queue managers, queues, channels, clients on AIX platform.
- Will support large MQ Series Clustered environment and numerous clients connections.
Qualifications:
- Experience deploying and supporting WebSphere MQ Series. Strong Knowledge and experience with MQ processes, channels and clustering, MQ Series Application programming.
- Middleware Systems Administration
- WebSphere Application Server support experience (is a plus)
- Knowledge of korn shell scripting.

Geographically where? USA, Europe, Middle East, Pacific Rim?
Do you need candidates to already have the right to work in the relevent territories, or will you (or your clients) sponsor?
