Hi Guys,
We have Message Broker 6.2 with Oracle 10g as backend.
There are some message flows which interact with 2 different databases. There was a scenario few days back where one of the database was locked due to some issues and this lead to bringing down of the other database as well thereby bringing the whole application down.
What I am looking for is to set the query timeout interval in the odbc.ini file or somewhere or do the same thing in message broker.
I have found an attribute SQL_ATTR_QUERY_TIMEOUT in ODBC API which needs to be set in the calling application before creating a connection. But i dnt know how this can work in message broker
