I hope someone has a solution to this. We're running version 6.1 of the broker on Windows 2008 64 bit. I can use the 32 bit version of perfmon to set up MQ Series performance counters to monitor queue depth. The graph displays OK. However when setting the counter to write to a log file perfmon can't open the resulting log file. It comes up with - 'At least one of the input binary log files contain fewer than 2 data samples". The counter was left running long enough to collect a good many data samples.
