I installed MQ Explorer V7 in windows XP and I wanted to connect with
MQ V6 running in z/OS.

I added the remote queue manager to MQ explorer and when I want to connect it I received the error message

'An unexpected error (0) has occurred . (AMQ4999)'

Any ideas ?

Google returns some good results for AMQ4999. Have a look. Some of them may help you.

Nothing in the CHIN. I expected if it was a security issue to have some RACF error message but there is not .
