Most of the time which tools are used for MQ Series and are there any tools used in clusters ?

A search on Mr. Google for mq+monitoring or mq+performance will yield a variety of such tools.

Take a look at the Monitoring WebSphere MQ manual, too.

What do you want the tools to do for you?

Does the WebSphere MQ Explorer do the type of thing you are thinking of? If not, then please give more information.
