Hi,

I'm trying to implement Global Transaction in MQSeries V7.0.The scenario is as follows:

There are two queue managers QM1 and QM2 and database DB1.A message will be put in Q1 of QM1 , a message will be retireved from Q2 of QM2 and a record will be inserted in TAB1 of DB1. All the proposed jobs are to be done in an unit of work.

My question is whether MQSeries can act as Transaction Manager and if possible, how it can be implemented. Any code snippet or any help regarding this will be highly appreciated.Thanks in advance.

Read the manuals and search for 2 phase commit or XA transactions... It is all there.
