When i trying to retrieve an XML Message from Native XML Type Column in DB2 9.7 it is giving the below error.


A message flow node which performs a database fetch returned a datatype not supported by the message broker. The database table column ''DATA'' contain an unsupported datatype identified by '-370'.

Can anyone tell how to retrieve an XML Message as String from XML Datatype column in a DB2 9.7 Database Table.

This is fixed in 6.1 FP4 I believe.

My current broker version is 6.1 FP4.

Is there any specifica conversion that we need to do for XML Data types in ESQL.

Maybe it was only changed in 6.1.0.5, as documented here:
