is it possible that I deploy all the message sets the applications are using in one execution group and all the applications can still work well?
I tested one of my simple msgflow, my flow can't find the msgset.

Please advise, thanks very much!!!

No. As your test showed - you can't do this. Deploy your message sets alongside the message flows that use them.

there is a meaning why we are segregating execution groups.

All the flows should run independent with out having any hindarance.
