Hi,
What I am thinking is about setting a Dynamic url for SOAP Request Node based on some conditions...?
If I am correct go with the below code.
Use: SET OutputLocalEnvironment.Destination.SOAP.Request.Transport.HTTP.WebServiceURL = 'http://ibm.com/abc/';

Not sure what you are asking, let me know if you are talking about some thing else..like setting a multiple urls for a single SOAP Request Node.
