Hi,

How IBM charge(license) in Enterprise on Unix systems(Solaris)? Is it per Queue Manager basis or number of CPU basis?

Thanks

On all platforms, WMQ licenses are based on the hardware configuration and not the number of queue managers.

On all platforms, the only person who can answer your questions about licenses is your IBM Sales representative.

And a search on this site would have revealed that the question has been asked before, and answered.

To augment mqjeff's reply, you may also want to have a look HERE.

Thanks for your reply, so hardware configurationmeans number of CPU and memory, is it correct?

Correct. And within that page is a further link to the table and PVU calculator that PeterPotkay has so kindly provided - it helps if you actually read the page.
