Hi ,

Recently i developed a webservice using soap nodes. it was working fine.

Later i decided to turn it into a secure webservice by implementing SSL to the Soap Nodes .. the Public key Infrastructure(PKI) was set up, then all the exceptions related to PKI was solved. authentication at broker level is fine.Now i am getting an error

"webservice request exception . A webservice request has detected a SOCKET error whilst invoking a webservice located on host &1, on port &2 on path &3. An error occurred whilst performing a socket operation."

I haven't changed the port or Host which it was using before SSL implement. then y this connection error ? can you help me to solve this ..

normal port and SSL port is it the same over here.

usually http and Https ports are different ryt ?

i have configured a different port now and getting a hand shake exception
