Hi,
In one of our applications, client is posting a request to our web server and in turn it is posted to our WMB. After receiving it on the http input node, we convert it and send to mainframe. After getting the reply from mainframe we convert to xml and send back the reply to the client. The final reply to the client has four extra zeros at th end of the xml message.
----
</ACORD>
</soapenv:Body>
</soapenv:Envelope>
0000
------------
Can someone give their inputs why we are getting theseextra zeros? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance |

Hello,
for debugging put a trace node before and after the convert to XML to write out the Root tree to a file.
Additonal change the messgeflow trace level to debug, run a test and read the trace to see what happening in the flow.
Greetings

The day before the release the testers /developers noticed the same thing here, and its obvioulsy causing them a problem. They tested the "same" code on our old WB-IMB server we are migrating off of and it worked, so they are releasing to WB-IMB (I know, you don't have to tell me) and will circle back to find out why WMB 6.1.0.4 is appending those 4 zeroes. They asked me if there was anything set at the Broker level doing this and I said no. I searched on IBM's site and the Info Center but can't find any explanation as to why the 4 zeroes are being appended. _________________ Peter Potkay
