Hello All,

We have developed gateway application in which we have Datapower, where we have defined rule and policy to validate incoming XML as per schema and from dapta power request goes to our message broker. In message broker we are converting that XML message to TDS and format and sending it to Tandom by using TCPIP nodes client receive and client output node. The response which we are getting back we are converting it to XML and sending back to DP.

We are using HTTPInput Node and HTTPReply node to receive SOAP request and to send SOAP response in MB.

When we are running our application its work fine but when we are doing performance testing it start giving us back Error -26612: HTTP Status-Code=500 (Error) internal server error.

Main problem with this testing is some times we are getting error, some time it work just fine. We have total 18 transaction in our project. This error is, some time it is coming for one transaction when we ran it again then it comes for another.
We are struggling from last two week to resolve it but still no luck, initially we though its because of low response time, so we cleaned up our code but nothing get changed.
To remove error we moved our project to PreProd where we have two broker ,load balancer this env. is as good as like Prod. but there we found some strange behavior, our broker is getting restarted automatically when we were starting testing, we are doing testing only for 5 user for 5 min with no Think time.

So we conclude that its problem with broker which is getting restarted not able to process request for some second and thats why getting 500 error.

we started looking into DEV user log for same, thought same is happening in dev and we are getting 500 error but it was not. DEV is perfectly fine it was never gone down even if we increased its load from 5-20 user then from where this 500 error coming.

We are actually not able to find out where is the error in DP or in MB or in our environment.
We have already raised ticket with IBM for broker crashing waiting for reply but why 500 error in Dev still mystery.

It will great if someone can help us.
