Hi to all,
I try to put a java written mq-program from a Solaris to a Windows computer.
I am not really a MQ-specialist even though I wrote that program.
richt now I am getting an Exception since it can not find javax.resources.ResourceException.
I am not quite sure, but do I need J2EE here?
I am not the master of this computer and the providing people have installed MQ-Client.
the original classpath, when I look with SET in the console window is
Code:
CLASSPATH=F:\Programme\IBM\WebSphere MQ\Java\lib\com.ibm.mqjms.jar;F:\Programme\IBM\WebSphere MQ\Java\lib\com.ibm.mq.jar;.;E:\PROGRA~1\SQLLIB\java\db2java.zip;E:\PROGRA~1\SQLLIB\java\db2jcc.jar;E:\PROGRA~1\SQLLIB\java\sqlj.zip;E:\PROGRA~1\SQLLIB\bin;E:\PROGRA~1\SQLLIB\java\common.jar;E:\PROGRA~1\SQLLIB\java\db2jcc_license_cisuz.jar;E:\PROGRA~1\SQLLIB\java\db2jcc_license_cu.jar

its a pitty that I cannot use it really, since it got some blanks that seem to confuse the rest of start-script I am using.
On the Solaris computer it works fine with just using my own jars and the IBM jar: com.ibm.mq.jar
I actually don't know exactly if the Solaris computer has got j2ee, but I guess so.
can anybody confirm That I do need J2EE for MQ-Client stuff?

Thanks in advance for hints or confirmation of my suspect,

Takidoso

Add connector.jar to your classpath. This will be in the lib folder of your MQ client installation (along with the other jar that you mentioned).
