I found this error reported a while ago.
I have the same problem.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
In this newest version i get some odd error when saving my IPT in the admin gui.
java.io.FileNotFoundException: null\bin\client.conf (The system cannot find the path specified) <label not found>
Anyone know how to get around this?

I add the following info in case someone has the same problem
I found this fix in IBM website
http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?rs=0&q1=%2bIZ34288&uid=swg1IZ34288&loc=en_GB&cs=utf-8&cc=uk&lang=all

First thing to do is check and see if this APAR is included in a fixpack/new release of MQIPT.
IF it's not, then the second thing to do is open a PMR and ask for the fix.
