I need to use a X12 HIPAA message set for number of message flows. Since there are many different transactions such as 834, 837 etc. ideally I would like to segregate the flows for each transaction into different execution groups. However they all use the same message set. I don't want to deploy same message set to all execution groups.

Is there any solution to use the message set across execution groups or I have to deploy the same message set to all execution groups?

Execution groups are completely independent ( by design ). So you cannot share a message set across several execution groups.
You don't say why you are reluctant to deploy the same message set to N execution groups. Memory usage is the only reason I can think of. If memory usage is the problem then you could split the message set into multiple smaller ones, and deploy the smaller, different message sets to the individual execution groups.
