I tried to move one v5 broker from one machine to another machine by copying the database and the broker data files.
It works fine after I migrated the v5 broker to v6.1 on the second machine. But before I migrated it to v6.1, when I started the v5 broker, it just can't work well and issued lots of these msgs:

The execution groups just keep starting and stopping.
