I am migrating some WMB 6.0 flows to WMB 6.1 on AIX.

One flow uses IA07 SendMailPlugIn which runs as 32bit, therefore requiring a 32 bit execution group. However our broker ODBC is set up for 64 bit access only.

Rather than change the ODBC set up I would like to remove the IA07 node and use the 6.1 node EmailOutput instead.

Can someone give me an idiots guide to changing the ESQL that supplies the Email data to the IA07 into the ESQL to supply the Email data for the EmailOutput node?

Build your output email in the BLOB domain as a big long character string.

OK, also has anyone recompiled IA07 to run as 64 bit on AIX WMB 6.1?

SendMail PlugIn runs just fine in 64 bit execution group.

Also it's very easy to delete the SendMail to replace with the EmailOutput node. All you need to do is to change the fields where you are storing the "To", "From", "Subject" and "Body". If your flow generates an attachment, you need to set more variables but you should get a pretty good idea with the documentation for the "EmailOutput" node in the information center.
