Authorization is not an inbuilt feature for message broker. You will need to either use WSRR(Registry) or similar repository based solution to host your authorization parameters.
Typically for Webservice Authorization , consider WSRR or other open source registry solutions like Mule Galaxy..
You can Authorize using LDAP or TFIM. The Broker's security manager can be configured to call out when messages are received over HTTP(S) / MQ etc. This is documented in the infocenter.
