Any one please help me out please the requirement is mentioned below..

Sample xml file will be placed into a specified directory

Java API will be used to copy the xml file from a specified directory to MQ Queue.
Control M job will run at a specified time to execute the Java code.
Exactly my requirement is to copy a message from specified directory to MQ Queue daily at fix timings

Help with what? You've described a Java app that opens a file and puts the contents as a message.

Any of the Java samples (included with your install and in a link at the top of this page) will be useful.
