I have upgraded my runtime to 6.1.0.3, even then I have facing same problem while deploying a pub-sub configuration.

Could anyone help out..

My problem got resolved, actually the memory wasn't sufficient for the deployment process(i believe), so i have uninstalled the runtime and installed freshly in a new partition.

And its working absolutely fine now....
