The application guys needs two queue managers on the same server one queue manager for west an other queue manager for east with different queues and the WMQ Version is 6.0.2.2
i need to create two queue managers with different ports?

Only if the queue managers are on the same logical machine (I'm not familiar with the partitioning you describe).

Start with the Intercommunication manual, then gather detailed requirements from the application guys, then design the queues & WMQ objects they will need.
Welcome to our world.

Speak to your box admins. They'll have existing scripts to start & stop services which WMQ can be integrated into. _________________ Honesty is the best policy.
