Hi,

I have a cobol program thru which I am putting data to a queue. My get has option to match the correl-id. Though the message is there in response queue with correct correl-id, the program is not able to read the message. If I omit the match-correl-id option, program is reading the message. Following is my match option:


MQGMO-WAIT + MQGMO-SYNCPOINT + MQGMO-CONVERT + MQGMO-ACCEPT-TRUNCATED-MSG + MQMO-MATCH-CORREL-ID.

Could you please let me know if I am missing any options here.

Is the correl id the original message id or a value you're setting?

If you're setting the value, are you pretending it's a string?

If you're pretending it's a string, is the putting application non-z/OS?
