Hi
Happy New Year
I want to install WMQ 6.0 and WMB 6.1 on AIX 5.3
My system administrator doesn't want me to use the root filesystems /opt and /var. He has asked me to request for separate filesystems to be mounted for these filesystems.

Can you please help me figure out which filesystems should i request for.

This is what i feel

For WMQ
-------

/var/mqm
/usr/mqm
/opt/mqm


For WMB
-------

/var/mqsi
/opt/mqsi
/usr/mqsi

What more do i provide?

You need the file systems indicated in the AIX documentation for these products, for example:
