Hi there,

I'm having problems with the MQ 5.3 running on a AS/400 platform. Some days ago I started receiving some errors when I try to execute the WRKMQM command, so I'm not able anymore to manage the queue managers on this server, and I guess that they are not running anymore...

The error that happen when I try to run WRKMQM is the following: "Application error. CPF6A12 unmonitored by AMQOMWRX at statement...".

The MQ version running on this system is the following:

call (qmqm/mqver):
Name: WebSphere MQ
Version: 530.12 CSD12
CMVC level: p530a-12-051208
BuildType: IKAP - (Production)

Can you guys please shed some lights about what I might be missing there?

Just to provide some more information about the problem above:

1. QSYSOPR logs don't show any information related to this problem;

2. Amqerror logs in IFS shows the following:

AMQ6125: An internal WebSphere MQ error has occurred.

EXPLANATION:

Cause . . . . . : An internal error has occurred with identifier X'20800893'. This message is issued in association with other messages. Recovery . . . : Use the standard facilities supplied with your system to record the problem identifier, and to save the generated output files. Contact your IBM support center. Do not discard these files until the problem has been resolved.

Technical Description . . . . . . . . : None.

AMQ6184: An internal WebSphere MQ error has occurred.

EXPLANATION:

Cause . . . . . : An internal MQ error has occurred on queue manager AAEPM01PG1 and the MQ error recording routine has been called. The failing process is process 13685.
Recovery . . . : Use the standard facilities supplied with your system to record the problem identifier, and to save the generated output files. Contact your IBM support center. Do not discard these files until the problem has been resolved.

Technical Description . . . . . . . . : None.

There are several other errors like the ones above, but it seems that all of them are similar.

Look in /QIBM/UserData/mqm/errors for 2 files:

AMQ13685.0.FDC
AMQ13685.0.JOB

These files should help to diagnose the issue, or at the very least give you a search string for IBM service (look up the ProbeID).

I opened some of them, to try to get a clue about what is going on, but unfortunately I don't have much experience dealing with these files. Maybe you can shed some lights about that ... please let me know if I need to download some of them. I really appreciate your help, thank you!
