Can JMS use a .kdb keystore?
There doesn't appear to be anything in the MQ manuals that states that a JKS must be provided for JMS applications, or which values are accepted for the keyStoreType property.

Thanks.
It all depends on your installed crypto packages. The default keystore type understood by the out of the box delivered crypto packages from Sun is JKS.
So yes JMS can use a .kdb keystore, provided you have a java crypto package that implements this type of keystore. _________________ MQ & Broker admin
