I use JavaTrigger.java in Sample Code to test trigger mechanism of MQ.

My client is on platform of windows and server is on linux.

'runmqtmc' is running correctly on client and can be triggered to run the app (JavaTrigger), but it always throw the error

The sample JavaTrigger program is written for a binding mode ie when the triggered app runs in the same physical server as qmgr. Since your application is a client you need to tweak the code to connect to qmgr. This can be done in different ways.. Check Using Java guide from the library to know how to connect in client mode.
