Hi,
I have two QMGRs in the same host. I have two applications comunicating to the common destination application.I have got both the source application's queues in the same QMGR and destination application have the other queue manager.
Now, for both the source application, it has got seperate remote queues and transmit queues, but using the same channels for communicate to destination queue manager. Is this a possible approch?
In fact, I already tried this, but messages are flowing only from one source application to the destination. For the other source application, the message stucks at the Xmit q. Any idea?? |

The channel process open the xmit queue exclusively, that's why another channel isn't able to start.
But why do you create 2 xmit queues? This way is needed only in special cases (e.g. high load, security, etc.)
