Hi,

What is the maximum number we can set up for MAXDEPTH attribute for a local queue.are there any dependencies?

have you ever heard about manuals? are you too lazy to have a look into the manuals? check the mqsc command reference, all parameters you can set and their defaults and max values are in there.

You are limited by the amount of disk space for the queues, but this limit is not reflected in the value of the maxdepth setting.
