Hello,

Am using clearcase with the Message broker toolkit. I am able to check in the artifacts from the project to the clearcase repository. But when I look at the clearcase explorer to see the checked in artifacts, the names of the artifacts appear in lowercase irrespective of their cases while checking in.

I took a look at the web and found out of the case insensitivity option in MVFS. Did the exact setting as per the documentation and then restarted the server. But still the checked in artifacts are in lowercase irrespective of their case. Do you have any thoughts on this? Do I need to take care of any other things while integrating clearcase with the MB toolkit?

Hello,
Finally I was able to resolve the issue in integrating Clearcase with the MB toolkit.

When you install the clearcase client, there is a file sitedefs.dat, which has a parameter that indicates whether the case has to be preserved or not. Set the parameter to 1 and install the clearcase client.
