Hello,
We have recently upgraded to v6.0.2.0 from v5.3 CSD05 on a pair of our development servers. The Dev Servers run a VB App which is actually a Trigger Process on one of the Qs on the Queue Manager on the server. The VB app was working fine until the MQ Upgrade. Post MQ Upgrade, the App fails with the following error:
ER##{85FBE3EA-4C0B-449D-ABAD-A35B78E4A61B}##<unknown>##CISAPD27##mswin_cis_tst##4412##xmluMeterServbyPremId.exe##0##04-16-2008 11:29.00.462##xmLuMeterServbyPremId##ProcessRequestMessage##10028##FuncNm=mobjMQSeries.MQGetRequestSync,ErrTxt=Visual Basic Error: -2147417848
Error Text: Automation error. The object invoked has disconnected from its clients. ,KeyTxt=Qmgr=QMCISD27 Qname=<QName>,DataId=dSYSC6I050,ParmId=PMAIN
Post WMQ Upgrade on the Dev Servers, the Trigger Process gets triggered in response to a message on the Triggered Q but fails to process the message. The process after being triggered just hangs with the above message logged in the App log. The Queue Manager is normal and the Upgrade itself has been uneventful.
Has anyone come across the above VB error in the context of interaction with QM? Tried Googling the error code("-2147417848") and also the error msg ("The object invoked has disconnected from its clients") which turned up a ton of info but nothing relevant to WebSphere MQ. The OS on the server is Win2003 SP2.
