Hi

i had installed mb5.0 on windowsxp, and it was working fine ,suddenly by mistake i had switched of the power switch and again when i restarted the system and opened my toolkit i could not see the application and adin perspective ,i tried restarting the services and aslo reinstalling the tookit ,it was of no use.
i did not delete my broker and configmgr.

how can i get back my apllication and admin perspectives

there is no need to delete configuration mgr and broker.

close your toolkit
and search for .lock file in the workspace, and delete it, if it is there.

Re-start the toolkit and see, if it works

hi gaya
I had deleted the .lock file in the workspace and restarted the toolkit but still facing the same problem ,i could not even see the perspectives in windows-->open perspective.

add "-clean" to the startup cmnd of Toolkit, like "wmbt.exe -clean".
