What this error means..Db2 Running, MQ Running. I have WF3.6 SP#5.
Can anybody help me out what this error means??

1. Check any DB errors are there
2. Check any MQ Errors are there

Well,
2161 meand QMgr is quiescing. Did you try to stop the queue manager while MQWF is still running? |

I am not sure of it.. But the QMGR is running fine...What i observed here is whenever i bounce the workflow server the QMGR is not running at its own. I have to start it manually through command prompt only. After that i need to kill the runmqchi process from the task manager ans if i start the channel initiator then the QMGR is starting. What might be the problem here? If everything starts here then the scheduling server, cleanup server are not starting. Workflow client is hanging up. I am unable to login to the workflow client.
Need help!!!
