Hi,
I added an existing broker, mqbroker_02, to the config manager repository via Toolkit. mqbroker_02 has message flows deployed to it, but the Toolkit shows no execution groups, even after a refresh. (only default exec group appears).
I'm thinking the best way to solve this is to Deploye Topology Configuration, wait for the response in the Event queue, disconnect, then reconnect.
Is this correct?
Thanks! _________________ MQ 6.0.2.3

In order to add the "existing" broker, you would have had to delete it and recreate it - to make it available to get re-registered.
This would have undeployed any flows and deleted any extra EGs.
Either that, or you didn't really "add" the existing broker. You just created a reference to the Broker's qmgr in the ConfigMgr and you won't be able to control it.
Unless you're using v6.1? _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general. |
