On MQseries for Windows, is it possible to set the default queue manager via the command line rather than via MQSeries services ? |

Specify the default flag (-q??) when issuing the crtmqm command. _________________ Honesty is the best policy.

amqmdain will let you set the DefaultQmgr stanza in the windows registry.
Also, please upgrade to MQ v6. _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general. |

amqmdain is exactly what I am looking for. Thanks, Jeff
(I cant upgrade to V6 as my company wont pay for it - MQ is being phased out soon and being replaced by a differnet middleware product) |
