I am sure this must be asked before. But I cannot come up with a good search argument to find the entries.
Is there a general rule of thumb for the broker when the out terminal of a node of a flow is left unconnected. Is that always considered as the end of the flow and the broker will comit whatever is already handled and has transactional = yes?
For example
MQINPUT -- Compute - nothing
MQINPUT -- DB-- Filter (TRUE) - compute - output . However the condition is false but the false terminal is not connected
MQINPUT -- DB-- FlowOrder - compute - output and there is no other connections to the flowOrder.
Yes, if the flow is propagated to an unconnected terminal, with a success return code, then the flow will end at that propagate.
Or if you tell the flow not to propagate at all (i.e. "return false; in ESQL") then the flow will terminate. _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general.
