Creating xml declaration part in JCN

Hi,
I am trying to create an xml message in JCN. I was able create all the other elements in the message using MBElement class except xml declaration part ie.,
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

Can someone help me on this?

Message:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<Message>
<Header><Header>
<Body></Body>
</Message>

You need to set the parser specific type of the element to the correct specific type for an XML declaration in the Parser you are using. Hopefully XMLNS or XMLNSC.
