Queue Recovery

I'm trying to recover a damaged UNIX Local Queue Object and getting the following error

pbrun -u mqm rcrmqobj -m QMGR1 -t q DIP.LOCAL
AMQ7088: Object DIP.LOCAL, type queue in use.

Is there any way to find which process is holding the queue?
DIS QS(QNAME) TYPE(HANDLE) ALL command fails since the queue is damaged.

Set the queue to put inhibited and add get inhibited.

That should get the applications to start receiving errors and would allow you to repare the queue.
