Hi,

Is it possible to change the location of DB2 database files from c:\db2 to some other folder?

It's possible to change where the tablespace container is, yes.

But you may have to do some additional things in DB2, like reconnect to the DB, rebind the packages to the db etc...

I'm sure there is a DBA manual somewhere that explains this...
