Agent Controller not stopping at breakpoints when trying to debug on a remote broker.

Any suggestions? We are running version 6.0.0.2 of the Toolkit and 6.0.0.2 of the broker and when we attach to the DataFlow Engine and send a message, the message does not stop at the breakpoints.

We had this problem but was on a local broker. The solution was to install a patch - Interim Fix 004 for WMB V6.0.

FP2 should include iFix 04 of base, and iFix 04 of FP1.

Start by verifying the version of Agent Controller.

Second, make sure it's started by root.

Third, make sure it started before broker.

Fourth, look at the log for Agent Controller itself. I forget where it logs on Unix, but I don't *think* it logs to user.log (it's a java process, so I'm pretty sure it's got a stdout log somewhere).

Will look into it tomorrow if I find the time. (The day has only so many hours)

While getting this error I had turned debug logging on for 2 of the 4 flows in the e.g.

Opened a PMR...(Dean G.)
