i wann some good trouble shooting issues with solution. plz forward to me. so that i can able to do the inteverview very well |

If you dig around a bit you'll find a post where we list all the questions that interviewers are allowed to ask, and give precise and specific answers to them, along with full explanations of why those are the right answers.
Just so that anyone, anywhere, can look good on an interview, without having to know the first thing at all about MQ or troubleshooting.
I hope the person you're interviewing with doesn't read MQSeries.net.

In my opinion this is the worst thing you can do.
Never do the inteverview alone if you don't know MQ.
If you are not familar with MQ ask expert to do this inteverview.
He should ask technical questions, you should ask other things (communication, ...)
You won't know if inteverviewed person has enough MQ knowledge if you don't have it. You won't know who from inteverviewed people are better.
This is my opinion.
