Hi all ,

I am using windows XP SP2 , MQ 6.0.
I have a problem of a sender channel remaining in retrying state without ever getting in running. I have checked the connection IP . it seems okay .

I need to know what else I can do.

Look for errors on both sides.

Read the error messages. Think about what they say. Think about what you already know. Read the documentation on setting up channel pairs. Think about what you did to set up this channel pair. Think about how this relates to what the error messages say.

Use all of this thinking to change the channel so that it runs.

And if after all that good advice you're still stuck, make sure your sender channel can reach the desired port on the destination IP over the network & nothing is preventing the traffic.
