Hi guys.
We are facing with a problem where we are having an execution group abending frequently during heavy load messages.
We have Broker v6 with MBFE (File Extender Node) installed on AIX 5.3
Both Broker & MBFE are havin the latest fix pack 3 installed.
Are abend file looks like following
Code: |
abend record for pid 1536114 tid 4487 time in seconds since 01/01/1970: 1178719693
File: /build/S600_P/src/CommonServices/Unix/ImbAbend.cpp

--->------------------------------<ABEND FILE END>------------------------------<--- |
Frm are research we have found out tht the flow which has java compute node as well as File Proxy Node's is the flow which is responsible for this abends as when we stop this flow we dont get the abends.
Can someone let us know how to figure out the node which caused the abend.
Following are the things in abend file which I require some experitse to tell us the casue of abend.
1.Abend file mentions
Code: |
Java_com_ibm_broker_plugin_MbNode__1getAttribute [/opt/IBM/mqsi/6.0/lib/libimbjplg.a] |
which i think means Java Compute Node, correct me If I am wrong.
2.Secondly if its indeed the Java node then is it neccessary to write get n set methods for all attributes of the flow.As i guess current code doesnt have ne get/set methods for the user defined flow attributes.Can some one tell how this functiojns work.
N current code doesnt have this methods but the flow works without them.
3.ALso abend file mentions
(
Code: |
0x30011520+??????] <no name available> [](0xda97bfb4+0x00000148) getAttribute__10ImbJniNodeCFRC10ImbWstring [/opt/IBM/mqsi/6.0/lib/libimbjplg.a] |
here <no name available> is coming bcoz the java code doesnt have a following code
Code: |
// the following static method declares the name of this node to the broker
public static String getNodeName()
{
return "ComIspSampleNode";
} |
If i incorporate the above mention function in the Java code will the abend file give the Node Name.
Thanks Guys, for ur time I know this are lot of questions.but can't help as tis issue is giving lot of pain to us.
Your response is much awiated...n also appreciate ur time & effort
Thanks,
Kshah. |

If you are experiencing abends, you should raise a PMR.
