Hi,

Can someone tell me how to find the version of PM4DATA running on
a AIX box? The config.xml file shows

Business Process Management Suite version='7.2.3.0'.

But i applied the latest patch DI726U.011 for Sun solaris . How to check
if that has taken effect?

I am not sure about whether you are talking about aix or solaris? However, you can find the version from the webbased administrator. Click the last item: about. It gives the version number such as:

Version: 8.1.8.0
Build Date: 09/26/2006 01:16 AM

hope, this helps

oops!! Iam Sorry .

I mentioned AIX by mistake. The PM4DATA is running on a Solaris BOX . We do not have any web based administrator. The enterprise node is running on windows and this solaris is just a node.Do you have web based administrator for a simple node or it is an enterprise server?

The web based admin and node components are the part of the same software. They should be the same version.

Why one bother to have two different version one for process monitoring and one for node.

Hope, this will help

Maybe they had an old agent install that didn't get updated when they updated the ES node.

But only they'd know that for sure.

I can agree with you but as you said, in this case, even god does not know. Only the person who did it, knows. Even if there is no culture of documentation, then even the same person might have forgotten.

Try this. It gives the version details.

FTFPING -version
