Hi
I have installed MQSeries Everyplace 1.26, MQe_Explorer and MQSeries on Windows NT. I m trying to connect to MQSeries messaging system using MQEveryplace bridges. When I open MQe_Explorer and go to File-->New-->MQBridge .... It is shown disabled in the explorer. Do I need to install some other pac ... so that it gets enabled.
Please treat this as urgent.
Thanks in advance. |

To avoid this problem, dowload the latest release of MQe (now 1.2.7) and the MQe Explorer. Same prereq. for MA88 Support pac for WMQ (5.2.1 on NT/W2K) and you will see your problem diseapear. I was in the same situation 2 weeks ago.
Hope it helps. |

Hi bh,
Still I am continuing the same problem.
I did like this. I downloaded the MA88 SupportPac on Windows.
Whenever I am installing MQe_Explorer, it shows an error like this.
No saved options found–defaults will be used.
Unrecoverable error – java.long.NoClassDefFoundError:com/ibm/mqe/MqeFields
First of all am I going to right direction? Please advice me.
Thanks,
Ramesh.

Hi,
What I would suggest you would be to be sure that... before installing MQe 1.27, you uninstall the previous version (1.2.6) and the MQe Explore. If not the case, uninstall and delete different directories.
Then have a look in the environnement and classpath to be sure everything are OK (install MQe Explorer in the X:\WMQe\Java\MQe_Explorer).
Then try open the MQe Explorer.
If that works, be sure that MA88 is proper installed (I mean, the right jar (as described in the install manual (pdf file)) and so on).
It should work. By the way, what is your OS (NT, W2K or else ?)
Hope it will work |
