hi, when I try to open the admin utility from the workflow client machine, it's throwing this error message:
$ fmcautil -y XYZ -uadmin -ppassword
- FMC16006I Administration Utility started.
System group name : [FMCGRP1] FMCGRP1
System name : [FMCSYS1] FMCSYS1
Userid : [ADMIN] ADMIN
Password : [********] ********
- FMC00013E Communication error - Failing Action: open, Reason Code: 2085, Failing Object: FMC.FMCGRP1.FMCSYS1.ADM.
- FMC16302I Not connected to any system.
FMC15010I Main Menu:
s ... System Commands Menu
x ... Exit Main Menu

I am able to open the admin utility from the server machine, but not from the client machine. could someone please help me fix this issue?

It means your client to server MQ communication is not setup correctly. Make sure MQ cluster is setup correctly and you are able to put to cluster queues defined on the server from the client.

thanks for the reply.
i looked at the cluster details, and noticed something is wrong. i'm not sure yet about it, as my expertise level is very basic in mq clusters.
here's the what i see when did a dis clusqmgr(*):
dis clusqmgr(*)
1 : dis clusqmgr(*)
AMQ8441: Display Cluster Queue Manager details.
CLUSQMGR(SYSTEM.TEMPQMGR.hostname(5030))
CLUSTER(FMCGRP1) CHANNEL(TO.FMCQM1.TCP)
AMQ8441: Display Cluster Queue Manager details.
CLUSQMGR(CLNTQMGR2) CLUSTER(FMCGRP1)
CHANNEL(TO.CLNTQMGR2.TCP)

but on the other system group(one ehich is wokring fine), i see the workflow server's queue managers' name and port number in the CLUSQMGR section, instead of a tempqmgr name. moreover I don'd find all the cluster queues on the clinet qmgr, like FMC.FMCGRP1.FMCSYS1.ADM, and a few other cluster queues.

ratan, if possible, please let me know if this is something which i can fix on the fly or should i recreate another client configuration.
