| Hi guys, i was unable to apply CSD12 ON MQ 5.3 ON WINDOWS 2000 SERVER ,SO MY SENIOR ASKED ME REINSTALL MQ.5.3.BUT SYSTEM IS NOT LETTING ME INSTALL.IT SAY WINDOWS INSTALLER NOT LETTING ME INSTALL.PLEASE, I HAVE THE ADMINSTRATIVE RIGHTS PLEASE HELP ME OUT. |

Don't shout - there's no need to panic! 
If the CSD didn't work, it should have left the 5.3 installation intact, so reinstallation should be unnecessary.
But...
Did you uninstall and reinstall? Or just try to reinstall? If the latter, it may be complaining that v5.3 is already in place (see above). If the former, check for left-over registry keys.

| I DIDNOT UNISTALL MQ 5.3,I AM TRYING TO UNINSTALL BUT WINDOWS ISTALLER IS NOT LETTING ME DO, MQ 5.3 IS IN TACT, CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME |

using capital letters will not make us respond any more urgently or helpfully than using proper capitalization.
it may do the opposite.
are you trying to uninstall entirely, or install a new CSD?
You do not need to uninstall in order to install a new CSD.
You do need to stop the queue manager to uninstall or install a CSD.
For urgent help, it may be better to ask your senior rather than wait on responses from people who may decide to be unhelpful.

sorry jeff, it was intentional
window installer is not letting me uinstall . i want to uninstall the mq5.3,because i feel some files are corrupt,please help me out.is there solution where i can reinstall the mqseries 5.3 |

okay. Let's make sure you've stopped everything first.
You've stopped the queue manager, you've stopped the MQ Series service?
What is the installer actually saying, when it doesn't let you uninstall?
