I want to inert the data in a table through JDBC Adapter to a mail (Email Adapter) , by mediating through Websphere Message Broker. Is it possible to this, if so how...???

You want to send an email and have it update a database table?

Or you want to update a database table and have an email sent?

You don't need the JDBC adapter with Message Broker, except in certain very very specific use cases.
