I am facing a problem with MBTK.MBTK on windows should connect to configuration manager on AIX through an MQ queue.but,MBTK is unable to connect to Queue as it won't let the MBTK connect because of the authentication rights !

Please suggest a solution.

Change the authorisations to allow it?

Clearly you've already thought of and tried that simplistic solution, so why did it fail (error codes, messages, etc)?
